Narrative Context:
Russian information operations have regularly tried to connect Hunter Biden and President Biden to corrupt dealings in Ukraine in efforts to erode U.S. and Western public trust in the Biden administration. Such narratives may be deployed to provoke opponents of the Biden administration and intensify opposition to U.S. and Western support for Ukraine.
This video also supports Russian false narratives, conspiracies, and disinformation about corruption in Ukraine.
